Landed at Narita from Texas and enjoyed a clean, cozy Standard Room with a lovely view. The indoor pool and spa services offered a relaxing escape after a long flight. The only hiccup was a fridge that didn’t quite chill, but the staff were super helpful in resolving it. 😊

The hotel is conveniently located for quick airport access and offers a great shuttle service. While the staff were friendly and welcoming, the room felt outdated, and there were some cleanliness issues that need attention. I recommend this place for short stays or families, but improvements in room maintenance and aesthetics would enhance the experience.

exploring narita's best parks and shrines on foot
I really enjoyed walking to Katori Shrine, which was only about 1.5 km away, and the free shuttle to the airport was super convenient, making it easy for me to catch my early flight without any hassle. plus, the staff were friendly and welcoming, contributing to a great experience! As a solo traveler, I appreciated the clean and comfortable room, though the refrigerator in my room was not cold enough for my needs, but the staff did help cool my ice bricks when I brought it up.

The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring both Japanese and international fare that would make any foodie drool. Plus, the shuttle service to the airport was a game changer, making our travel seamless after a long flight!
Bummer that the café and bar were closed during our stay, limiting our dining options. Also, the shuttle took about half an hour to get from T1 with all the stops.

A cozy stay with genuine smiles
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable. The shuttle service to the airport was convenient, and the room was well-maintained and comfortable.
However, the frequent noise from the nearby airport made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, and the restaurant options felt a bit overpriced for the quality offered.

The convenient airport shuttle 🚌 was a lifesaver! The room was comfy and clean, but the price for breakfast seemed a bit high. Overall, a solid choice for a quick stay.

missingWrote a review on Mar 27delicious breakfastcomfortable pooldated facilities
The breakfast spread at this hotel impresses, featuring both Japanese and international dishes that cater to various tastes. The pool provides a nice spot to unwind after a long flight, making it more than just a place to drop your bags.
The property feels quite dated, with worn fabrics and chipped furniture definitely needing a refresh. Dining options are limited, especially since many facilities close early, and the shuttle runs infrequently. both circumstances can lead to inconvenient waits. The bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired, with lingering odors that detracted from the overall experience.
